- How accurate is satellite measurement?
- Measurements come from aerial imagery, and for lawns, beds and edging they are accurate enough to price the job. Imagery date and tree cover can hide part of a property, so look at the imagery before you trace and note anything you cannot see. For hardscape and anything built to the inch, verify critical dimensions on site before you order material.
- Can I use my own prices and production rates?
- Yes. The cost library is yours: materials, labor rates, production rates, equipment, disposal, overhead and target margin. Every estimate is priced from your numbers, not from ours.
- Does it handle maintenance contracts and per-visit pricing?
- Yes. Set the number of visits per season for mowing, edging, fertilization and cleanups, and the estimate prices each visit and the whole season.
- Do clients need an account to sign?
- No. Your client opens a link, reviews the proposal, picks an option and signs online. You see when it is sent, viewed and signed.
- Does it work with QuickBooks Online?
- Yes. Accepted jobs and invoices export to QuickBooks Online on the Company plan and above. Every plan also exports to CSV.
- Is my pricing data private?
- Yes. Your cost library and estimates belong to your company and are never shared with other companies. You can export them any time.
- Can I cancel or switch to yearly?
- You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Yearly billing saves two months compared with paying monthly.
- Can I try it before paying?
